  • The Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojna (BHAVYA) was launched in March 2026<\/strong> as a Central Sector Scheme <\/strong>to develop 100 plug-and-play industrial parks across the country <\/strong>in the next 6 years.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The scheme is aimed at boosting manufacturing, attracting investments and generating large-scale employment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Key Features<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • BHAVYA will focus on developing modern, ready-to-use industrial ecosystems, <\/strong>covering both greenfield<\/strong> (new) and eligible brownfield<\/strong> (existing) industrial parks.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The initiative will be implemented in partnership with states and private players, <\/strong>with parks ranging in size from 100 to 1,000 acres<\/strong>.\u00a0\n

      • The minimum contiguous land parcel size has been kept at 25 acres for north-eastern and hilly States.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • A key feature of the scheme is its emphasis on streamlined approvals and single-window clearances<\/strong>, enabling industries to move quickly from planning to production.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Project selection<\/strong> will be carried out through a challenge-based mechanism<\/strong>, ensuring that only high-quality, investment-ready proposals are approved.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (NICDC)<\/strong>, under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, will play a key role in implementing the initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Financial Assistance<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • Financial assistance of up to \u20b91 crore per acre<\/strong> will be provided for core infrastructure<\/strong> such as roads, utilities, drainage and ICT systems; value-added facilities including factory sheds, testing labs and warehousing; and social infrastructure like worker housing and support amenities.\u00a0\n
