has-vivid-red-color\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>About<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RudraM-II is an\u00a0<strong>anti-radiation air-to-surface missile<\/strong>\u00a0that can reach a\u00a0<strong>peak speed of Mach 5.5.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Anti Radiation\u00a0Missiles (ARMs) are designed to detect,\u00a0track\u00a0and\u00a0neutralise\u00a0the radar, communication assets and other radio frequency sources belonging to the adversary, which are\u00a0generally part\u00a0of their Air\u00a0Defence\u00a0Systems.<\/em>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RudraM-II has been\u00a0<strong>developed indigenously<\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0<strong>Research Centre\u00a0Imarat\u00a0(RCI), Hyderabad,<\/strong>\u00a0the nodal\u00a0Defence\u00a0Research and Development\u00a0Organisation\u00a0(DRDO) laboratory for the\u00a0programme, in collaboration with several other DRDO establishments.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It\u00a0is\u00a0<strong>capable of striking\u00a0targets at\u00a0a distance of approximately\u00a0300 km\u00a0<\/strong>and can carry a\u00a0<strong>warhead weighing up to\u00a0200 kg.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RudraM-II employs an\u00a0<strong>advanced hybrid navigation system\u00a0<\/strong>that integrates an Inertial Navigation System, GPS-based navigation, and a sophisticated passive homing seeker capable of detecting and tracking radio-frequency emissions across a broad spectrum,\u00a0<strong>enabling highly\u00a0accurate\u00a0strikes against enemy radar and air-defence\u00a0assets.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>About<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The\u00a0Defence\u00a0Research and Development\u00a0Organisation\u00a0(DRDO) and the Indian Air Force (IAF) have successfully conducted flight-tests of the RudraM-II air-to-surface missile from a Sukhoi Su-30MKI fighter off the coast of Odisha.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"351\"
