  • Centralised\u00a0Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an\u00a0online platform available to the citizens 24×7<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0lodge their grievances to the public authorities on any subject related to service delivery.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Launched in\u00a02007<\/strong>, it is a\u00a0single portal connected to all the Ministries\/Departments\u00a0<\/strong>of\u00a0Government of India and States.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The system was developed by the\u00a0National Informatics Centre<\/strong>, under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) in collaboration with the\u00a0Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG),\u00a0<\/strong>Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • It has been developed with\u00a0an objective\u00a0of\u00a0speedy redress and effective monitoring of grievances<\/strong>\u00a0by Ministries\/Departments\/Organizations of Government of India.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The\u00a0time limit<\/strong>\u00a0for redress of grievance is\u00a021 days.\u00a0<\/strong>In case of\u00a0delay\u00a0an\u00a0interim reply\u00a0<\/strong>with reasons for delay is required to be given.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • CPGRAMS also provides an\u00a0appeal facility\u00a0<\/strong>to the citizens if they are not satisfied with the resolution by the Grievance Officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • The Union Government has launched the\u00a0AI-enabled CPGRAMS Voice Chatbot, SAMADHAN DIDI<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Developed by the\u00a0Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances\u00a0<\/strong>(DARPG)\u00a0<\/strong>in collaboration with\u00a0Bhashini<\/strong>, the chatbot\u00a0enables citizens to register public grievances through an interactive conversational interface.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • BHASHINI uses\u00a0cutting-edge\u00a0artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies\u00a0<\/strong>to enable users to access content and services in their preferred language.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
