for sustainable socioeconomic development in the Asia-Pacific region.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It comprises\u00a0<strong>21 member economies<\/strong>, including Bangladesh, Cambodia, Taiwan, Fiji, Hong Kong,<strong>\u00a0India<\/strong>, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Republic of Korea, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand,\u00a0Turkiye, and Vietnam.\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>India<\/strong>\u00a0is a<strong>\u00a0founding member<\/strong>\u00a0of APO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure Body\u00a0<\/strong>in\u00a0<strong>New Delhi.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>Governing Body<\/strong>\u00a0is the\u00a0<strong>APO\u2019s highest decision-making authority\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>meets annually<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0set\u00a0the organization\u2019s strategic direction, approve major proposals, and review Secretariat
